Moved into the "spectacular apartment community" while Aimco managed it. It was pretty nice, and the staff were friendly and responsive.



Bre took over, and first thing they did was jack the rent up a few hundred dollars. Lots of people moved out. Soon up t their eyes in vacancies, they appear to have stopped screening residents. If you had the money, you moved in.



Next thing you know the place is full of gang bangers, drug dealers, and child molestors. Every Satuday night you either heard loud drunken parties, or loud drunken arguements... depending on the mood.



Final straw for me, some guy outside in front of my balcony beating up a woman screaming "I'm gonna kill you bitch!". We called the police on him, and the security guard suddenly materialized from his little booth to tell the cops "Hey, I know this brotha... he's cool".



I moved out immediately... and they made me pay them 2000.00 to break my lease. My friends there have also all done the same, and been charged the same "fee". I would have fought it, but I just didn't want to have to deal with any of the bre "property managers".



Don't move there! If you doubt my word, go sit in front any Saturday night and wait to see how many times the police are called there!
