Reflecting their unbiased and objective approach to real property appraisal and analysis, members of the Appraisal Institute are required to adhere to a strictly enforced Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Appraisal Institute members may hold the prestigious MAI, SRPA and SRA designations."

This is a good example of their professionalethics and standards. The fact is that the appraisal institute began about 15-20 years around the time of their first debocle. They broke away from the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, which is a subsideary of the National Association of Realtors. Another of the misrepresentations promelgated by the appraisal institute.

"The Appraisal Institute advocates equal opportunity and nondiscrimination in the appraisal profession and conducts its activities in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws."

Sufice it to say that THIS IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST LIES SPREAD BY THESE THIEVES.
