Elliott Weinstein, MAI, is currently appraising a 1.3m sf industrial complex with significant environmental contamination. He has developed a
cost to cure, which can easily be deducted. However, the court has requested market data for sales of contaminated properties (da), preferably
industrial (da da).

He is searching for such sales of major industrial facilities regionally and nationally affected by environmental contamination.
