Elliott (the weinheimer) W. Weinstein (MAI) You can't teach an old dog new tricks.
Elliott W. Weinstein (MAI),
"Because of the MAI network, we're able to work with peers of equal skills and abilities nationwide," Weinstein noted. "By creating valuation teams wherever our clients need us to be, we can apply the necessary knowledge of national and regional conditions that effect real estate, as well as a strong local application."
"Weinstein's appraisals are based on, among other factors, research of applicable data and consideration of the recognized approaches to value (comparable sales, income and cost), and they adhere to the Uniform Standards of Professional Practice (USPAP); Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act (FIRREA); and Codes of Ethics set forth by the Appraisal Institute. Every effort is made to provide the most complete support for the value conclusions. "

Apparently they can provide any service except what the court wants.
Hello Curtis,
A member of Appraisal Data Connection is searching for market data.
Elliott Weinstein, MAI, is currently appraising a 1.3m sf industrial complex with significant environmental contamination. He has developed a
cost to cure, which can easily be deducted. However, the court has requested market data for sales of contaminated properties (da), preferably
industrial (da da).
He is searching for such sales of major industrial facilities regionally and nationally affected by environmental contamination.
If you can help or know someone who can, please email Elliott directly at:
