ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) - A former Eastman Kodak tax executive who now lives in Mesa and a real-estate appraiser have been convicted of all charges in a multimillion-dollar kickback conspiracy.
A federal court jury in Rochester, New York, found David Finnman and appraiser John Nicolo guilty of mail and wire fraud, conspiracy to defraud and money laundering.
Prosecutors allege the two were involved in a scheme to illegally lower the photography company's property assessments in suburban Rochester.
Prosecutors maintain the conspiracy generated $14 million.
Finnman could get up to 14 years in prison.
Nicolo was also found guilty along with his wife of filing false tax returns and could be sentenced to life in prison.
