Jury deliberations expected to begin in Kodak fraud case

Jury deliberations are expected to begin tomorrow in the kickback scheme trial of former Kodak executives.

Former real estate appraiser John Nicolo, his wife Constance Roeder and former Kodak tax executive David Finnman are all charged with illegally lowering assessments on Kodak property in Greece in return for kickbacks.

Today during closing arguments, the attorney for Roeder told the jury that his client got caught up in a case of lies...but did not willfully commit a crime.

Three other defendants have taken plea deals.
