"Another MAI having issues with telling the truth. Why am I not suprised?"

Cochise {Curtis Harris, AG}, I realize you have hard feelings about any MAI. I do not know why as you have never publicly revealed any reasons but your bias is clear.

All I try to do is help others. All you do is take sniper shots at others. You are not a good person for what you do, your mother would not be proud and I'll bet you don't have clean underwear either. If you are an Injun, your Tribe woudl not be proud of your malaciousness.

I suggest you re-read the article for the good it has for you, and take your filters off as they do you no good.

What, are you an idiot? Your continued criptic comments also do not help your persona in any way.

I have no problem telling the truth, but question whether you do. When did you make your first Negative Time Adjustment in the current cycle we are in?

The truth is you probably should spend your energies working on yourself. What is it that you bring to the table that makes you superior to others. Is it your education, credentials, reputation, credibility?

Do not start trying to attack me as I am an Injun and you do not want to make me mad.

You have no credibility hiding behind your Injun name. Are you even a Injun? http://www.harriscompanyrec.com/JustforFun.html

As far as being an MAI, yes I am and proud of it. I am also proud that I took the time to get my MS in Real Estate Appraisal and my BA in Real Estate Finance, why not attack my degrees too while you are at it you slithering sneak.

Being a MAI does not make one any more ethical than they were before per se, although we do have a Business Ethics class that we take. Just like Priests or Ministers, there are good ones and bad ones in all fields.

I resisted the whole credentially process because as early as 1978 I was reviewing bad work of SRPA's and MAI's done for the S&L I was working for.

By Volume, however, the undesignated appraisers, like yourself, do more bad work than the MAI's.

Instead of taking pot shots at others, look in the mirror and ask yourself what YOU can do to help others.

If you cannot bring yourself to do that, then just admit that you are no better than an egg sucking dog.

You want to dance, I am your man. Here is what I would like you to do for our first dance, come with me to the next Board of Directors Meeting of the www.sccai.org and sit through it and listen with an open mind, if you can.

Then, we will go break bread somewhere and talk about all the time and energy these Volunteers put into all the programs they bring to the table for others.

I can help open your mind, teach you tolerance if you will let me. Or you can continue along your bitter path, taking shots at others, growing older but no better or wiser, until you dye.

From your website, I'd say you are a business man more than a true appraiser. I did not see your resume, send me one. Is it true you cover four so. CA Counties? How many peoples you got?
