Hello,

You may have received an AppraiserUSA.com contact today from a Thomas Degroott,
email address degroott5@aol.com about appraising a property at 3223 Larissa Drive,
Los Angeles, CA 90026.

I believe this to be a scam as his message is identical to that another person
used recently to contact several of our appraisers.

This person will send you a check for MORE than the appraisal fee and then ask you
to deposit it and send him the difference. Of course the check he sends is no good!

Please beware of this person!

Also if you could please forward anything else you receive from this person to me
it will help me in blocking his further use of our website.
