Dear Meredith Hatfield Esq.

Attached is a zip file containing a copy of Unitil's new Emergency Response Plan and a copy of a recent court decision denying Unitil's request for a change of venue in the class action suit against them in Massachusetts. I've also included some additional information about Unitil CEO Robert Schoenberger from his years as President and CEO of the New York Power Authority. Not sure what to make of it. I don't know if it a political hatched job or evidence of a very checkered past. He signed a non-disclosure so we'll probably never know.

Something was up with Unitil CEO Robert Schoenberger, when he ran
the New York Power Authority back in 1997, before joining Unitil.

Feb, 1997 Assemblyman R. Brodsky excoriates IP3 President Robert
Schoenberger at a public hearing for secret NYPA dealings to turn
over management to a private company, and accuses the NYPA executive
of misleading the Assembly. (30)

Indian Point 3 was cited for having one of the worst safety records in the
nuclear power industry in 1996. IP3 was a Schoenberger facility.

Please share this document with your staff and please forward it along to the NH Public Utilities Commission. I'm hoping the media will show an interest, but I'm not holding my breath.

Thank you,
