Is Unitil treating the folks in New Hampshire the same way they're treating the folks in Massachusetts?

Hi Folks,
I have been getting big Unitil bills and with the extra conservative
things that I have done it would seem evident I am being overbilled
( I even uplug my washer and dryer when not in use).....
I had called and spoken with Tim Shevlin at the DPU last wk. about it
and now I recieved my latest bill which again, is big.
I have had Unitil out before to read my meter in the past, tommorow
they are coming out again...interesting when I called the cust.
service rep. said it would be a $20. charge for them to come out and
check the meter! When I questioned it and she looked further she then
apologized and said that was just for NH residents (?!).
I also noticed on my new bill that the mailing address is a PO box in
Boston? Thought that was very interesting and wondered if anyone else
noticed that as well.. It previously had been Hampton, NH.
