More documents from the MASS Department of Public Utilities Investigation into Unitil's response to the December 2008 ice storm. I call it the Unitil investigation, because public meetings were held in a few of the effected locat1ons and no one appeared with any complaints with NSTAR, National Grid or that smaller electric supplier, Western Mass Electric. At least 300 people testified against Unitil and all the comments about the other utilities were either positive or neutral. Starting to get the picture. In Unitil's reply, they're adding a great deal of language describing the Mass Attorney Gereral's proposed action unconstitutional. This will eventually land in the Mass Supreme Court and will probably make it all the way to the US Supreme Court. Who pays for this? Hope it isn't the NH ratepayers?
