I like the part that says, "whose rates are not competitive,"meaning excessively high. How can the state allow a public utility, that provides a vital service, to charge whatever rates they want?
Their rates should be in line with what other electric and gas utilities charge in this region. I don't think that issue has been addressed by our elected officials.
