The Massachusetts Attorney General's Office is recommending Unitil be fined 4.6 million dollars. Check the details in the pdf files by clicking the "Unitil Fine Proposal and Rebuttal" link below.

So NH, you're going to look pretty stupid if you slap Unitil on the wrists. How 'bout another 4.6 million dollar fine along the same lines. And if the fine is approved, I wonder if it means success for that Mass class action suit being brought against Unitil by Attorney Ed Howard. I tried to get you folks in NH interested in your own suit, but you ignored me. Oh, well. And if Unitil takes a hit in Mass, who do you suppose will pick up the tab so they can continue to hand lavish bonuses to management and 6.5% dividends to investors, the NH ratepayer, of course. I think a huge NH fine is in order. And we refuse to pick up the cost Unitil incurred patching their electric system back together again after the storm. They were negligent, not us. Let Schoenburger and all their investors scream for once.
