I just sent an email to the head of the Comsumer Complaints Division of the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission and attached to it were three days worth of transcr1pts from the Mass Department of Public Utilities investigation into Unitil's and 3 other investor-owned utilities' performance during the December 2008 ice storm. As you can see, I want the transcr1pts entered into evidence in the NH PUC investigation and I want them to post them on their website for all to see. One interesting thing about the investigation in Massachusetts. Not only was the MASS DPU involved, but the Attorney General's Office, Cities and Town, State Senators and Representatives and Citizens. What is wrong with New Hampshire? No balls?

Dear Ms Hatfield Eqs

I thought the NH Public Utilities Commission might like an early look at the transcr1pts of the Mass Department of Public Utilities hearings on Unitil that they've been conducting all week. Hearing are supposed to be completed today. Then the panel gets a week or so to come up with recommendations to the entire DPU on how to deal with Unitil and 3 other investor-owned utilities. See three files attached. If it's not too late, I think these hearing transcr1pts should be added into evidence in the NH PUC's December 2008 Ice Storm Investigation and I think they should be posted on the NH PUC's Ice Storm web page. After all, it was the same storm and same utility as in New Hampshire, just different towns and a different state. When the remaining transcr1pts become available, I email them to you too.

Thanks for looking out for the consumer,

Dennis Herrick
