Transcr1pts of the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities hearing on Unitil's horrible response to the December ice storm are slowly becoming available. I have copies of the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday's sessions. It's supposed to wrap up Thursday. I'll post more transcripts as they become available.
