How come Atkinson Police Chief Consentino hasn't stooped so low as to blame the victim? I'm sure he feels Mark Acciard keyed his own car as a stunt? I think Steve Lewis had it right a few years back. It's time for a warrant article demanding a full time police chief. But this new one needs to be mentally and physically fit for the job. Let the voters decide Consentino's fate. It'll be like the Christians and the lions in the Colliseum. The keying incident just shows how weak the Chief's position is becoming.
