I was hoping this guy from Portsmouth was off base, but now you've confirmed my worst fears. The NH State Senate twisted this whole thing so that the Unions and Municipal Workers came out looking like the good guys and the poor taxpayers the scoundrels. Where do the municipal and state workers think we're going to come up with this kind of money to send them off to their "happily ever after"? If we're all biting the bullet then so should they. I say, no Sales or Income Tax in New Hampshire and here's to Massachusetts abolishing theirs.
