Ronnie, Whether it was at Fore River or not doesn't take away from the failings of the Testa Corp. and its disregard for their employees and the publics safety and well being. It only shows that Testa brought upon themselves numerous law suits because of their irresponsible disregard of on the job and public safety issues. With their back round of having been sued so many times it would seem they are only interested in a quick buck at every ones expense , including human lives and casualties. Is it any wonder why we pay high rates for insurance no matter what insurance we buy? Its the constant suits brought about by willful [ accidental ?] negligence of quick buckers. If Testa were a good neighbor they would do more than compromise to stay on their property with non threatening industrial tenants including themselves. Show up at the wednesdays planning board meeting and bring a friend to show you care enough about the direction where the town is going.
