I saw that article about the crane collapse. I thought to my self, it can't be Testa again. I dropped it, after noticing that the company managing the project had a different name. Silly me, Testa could have pulled one of their shell games and had a sister or brother-in-law start a company on the side just so (Testa) could get in a bid. I'll look into it some more. "Grammy" Herrick says hi. Be on the look out for her, even though she's 90, she still gets out to Hannafords in East Hampstead or DeMoulas in Plaistow once in a while. She'll be the one wearing the black "Public Enemy" ball cap.
