Rumors are flying that Testa / Fabcon have scheduled a return engagement with the Plaistow Planning Board this Wednesday. I checked the Plaistow Town Website and there's no agenda posted for this up-and-coming event. Oh well, it's vacation season. That's why Testa scheduled the presentations now. They may get lucky this time as Board Alternates Larry Gil and Merilyn Senter might get called to serve. They voted in favor of Testa once, back in October 2007. And they may get doubly lucky. That good for noting, A.W.O.L, Planning Board lawyer of ours may be absent again. Anyway it looks like it's back to the 24 hour rule for Plaistow planners. They just don't seem to get this new concept that's in the air around local towns lately, that we elected you or our elected officials appointed you and you're to do the peoples' business first and the developers' business second.
