What has saved Atkinson is Condo's!

Your typical Condo buyer is either an older retired couple, with no kids in the district; or a yuong couple starting out, with few, or no kids in the district. Therefore you have the valuation of the property to increase the town's valuation, and reduce the individual impact of taxes, without the additional # of kids in the district to increase our share of the schools budget.

Look at Sandown for a comparison, of how a similar size town looks with mostly single family homes. Look at their tax structure compared to Atkinson
