:  Their website is full of lies and B.S. They DO NOT have a "Lab" or a "Clean Room". They don't have "Engineers" or "Specialists". Looks like they got some kid experimenting with your Hard Drive and if they cant do it or they screw up, they out-source it to another clueless "LAB" with their figures crossed... 

:  I have never seen someone talk so much bs in my life. Ask them to show you their "Lab" and their credentials lol, I went there to rent something for a show and asked about their Data Recovery services.. All they had were boxes everywhere and the place was a filthy mess. Far from any clean room picture they have o their website. maybe they got confused with bathroom. 

: If you got scammed, I would call your lawyer.
