Rope length, thickness

Greetings,
I ask you to answer my questions about rope length and thickness. I want to test bdsm with my friend for first. We want japanesse Bondage. I have questions about rope lengths, thickness, material, etc. My friend weight's 100-120 kg (220 ¨C 264 pounds or 178-214 pounds after conversion)

How thick should be the rope for my women in this position, not to break? The rope on body and the rope on which she hangs.

1. I want the rope didn't couse too much pain for her weight in positions in the air. So tell me the thikness. Should be at least 1 cm (0,4 inch)? What do you recommend?

2. I need to know what is the deference (in softness and price) between cotton and polyamid ropes. What material?

3. Should I use rope with the hallow (inner tube?) inside or without? What's the differnce?

4. and the more important question for m eis the length of ropes which I'm gonna use on positions:

- hogtie

- asanawa
- sukarabo
Please, give me info about lengths for robes for this positions (for every one please).
