Wearing a ballgag comfortably has a lot to do with relaxing the muscles of the face. Some models "chew" at the gag which causes early muscle cramping and pain.

I have noticed an inordinate amount of TMJ in this industry so I believe ballgags and other open-mouth gags should not be worn for very long. I think ballgag overuse is adversely affecting our ladies.
