Ballgags

A question about ballgags (and I hope this is taken the right way !!) I have seen some HUGE ballgags on certain models. Who, of the models you know, can take the largest ballgags (and this is where I hope it is taken right as i do not mean to imply they have a big mouth in the sarcastic way)?. And how long can they wear them before the discomfort is too great ?
