Their content is decent and I've always found their customer service responsive. But I have some technical issues with them. First, only their newest videos are worth viewing on their VOD service. The older ones were designed for 56k and the picture is barely bigger than a postage stamp.

The second problem us that for some of their downloadable clips, the aspect ratio is off. The newer, widescreen ones are fine. But the older 4:3 material is encoded wrong -- these videos should be at a resolution of 640x480, but instead they are 640x426. So the picture is a little distorted. Thankfully you can correct it with a halfway decent video player.
