Thin duct tape instead of thick. My fave, Duck Brand, is likely too thick for the effect you like. Hopefully someone out there knows a superthin brand or two.

Put on only one strip of tape.

When you put it on, press it on carefully everywhere to make sure it's stuck to every bit of skin.
