: And on the subject of Reacher not having to act much...i think if the character is done properly, he may be very difficult to re-create for an actor. its the continual subtlety in Reacher's words and actions that are very important to the succesful portrayal of him. If the director has a lazy approach, Reacher will be a 2 dimensional character.
