: Hi, Paul. Are you Paul Farrant or another Paul?

No I'm just plain Paul from Ireland,I've been on before.Might change my forum name 2 Irish Paul maybe..;-). Yeah my uncle is always saying the Fantasy genre is very good,he reads alot of them. Gotta admit I've never read a fantasy, I always tended to pick random paperbacks til I started readin Reacher. A few of Andy McNabs and Chris Ryans books, couple of Jeffery Deavers years ago, Mario Puzo, Harlen Coben (which I thought was very good actually and I've only read 1 of his)...Thing is, and correct me if I'm wrong on this, but alot of the fantasy books I'm tempted by are very long, and I'm not very good at holding past the 5-600 page mark. Think the longest I've read was "The Butcher's Theater" by Jonathan Kellerman which was good but maybe a bit of a drag at 640 odd pages on hardback!

Cheers,

Paul
