hi guys please if someone can help in these i'll be very greatful
1- what the difference between temper tentrum and fossy child, i understand that it's the same?
2-if the pt. drink 1-2beer/day. do we need a counsult and CAGE question?
3-de we need to change the spectrum of the otoscopy from ear to ear of the same pt and from ear to nose. need to enter it in the nose?
4-Assult with jaw, rib and chest bruises. de we need to ask the pain question 3 times.
5-is it good to cnsult every old lady about ca,v.D,HRT to prevent from osteoprosis or we leave the HRT just to treat hot flashes or flushes?
