gave my test at philly-TUTOR PL HELP

took my cs at philly today
it was a nice experience
good friendly proctors
nice sps
good food
good break time

i finished all encounters well before time and the pn too
did the usual
knock, intro, drape, OCDFLIQORAAAPAMHUGFOSS, handwash ,phy exam, pulling foot rest, and closing ,and brief counselling

THESE WERE THE BLUNDES I MADE
there is a blunder i made in the exam

there was this case ---a 75 yr old man.....ias soon as i entered i realised i did not see his name properly.....so throughout i addressed him as sir........
that case went off well.....did very good counselling and reassured him......he seemed happy/convinced

there was another case where the pt was a mr green............i said mr brown and then immediately corrected it

i hope it is pardonable

BUT OTHER WISE I DID EVERY THING ASKED PTS IF THEY HAD ANY CONCERN OR CUD NOT UNDERSTAND ANY PART OF OUR CONVERSATION I WUD BE HAPPY TO GO OVER IT ALL AGAIN
