hi!

I had a few questions regarding fellowships in US to ask u.i feel u might be able to guide me better..one of my friend from india wants to know what if she does MS gen surgery from India now and come to US for fellowships after that ,is there a way that she can start practising there in US if she gets married to a US guy??she had got this information from somewhere that there is a "provision" which says that after doin MS (or MD for that matter) from India ,one needs to do a few more years of residency in US and then they can go in for fellowships and settle down there and work too...is that true?

I would deeply appreciate ur help on this matter...please enlighten me...she really needs help and is very anxious.
