Please help me with my questions: Thank you so much!

1. Refill patients, for Diabetes or Hypertension, not for pain killer or anything addictive, what do we say in the closure. Should I say 'I will go ahead and refill the prscrption for you?'

2. How to console patients with multiple sexual partners but always use condom? Is omething like recommending 'try to stay in stable relationships' needed?

3. If running out of time, can only do closure or one more physical exam, such as abdomen, which one to give up? Is it ok to do closure while doing the last PE?

4. In patient note, if forgot something, is it ok to put ^, and add the words in the margins? How important is spelling?
