MAC pro (MACcosmetics)- you can get body paint there. Also, try Crayola washable paints and markers. It's a good place to start. Also Ben Nye has body paints. You can also get an airbrush machine and do airbrush painting but you'll need body paint for the airbrush - which can be bought at MAC pro as well. The picture I've attached was done with Crayola washable markers. You have lots of control. Make sure your model doesn't sweat! It comes off if she sweats!!! I used washable hair spray paint as well.
