I spoke to Lee last week. He is living out in California and doing well.
Unfortunately, I have sad news to report about Dave Boettger. He passed away this past weekend in a hospital in Cincinnati. There is a visitation tonight and a funeral service tomorrow in Cincinnati. Many of my first camp memories, when I was just four or five years old, include Dave. I remember him putting mattress covers on at the beginning of House Party, I think, and how he spent a full hour, one-on-one with me when I was about 10 or 11, teaching me basketball skills - something probably only Dave would do. I will certainly miss Dave, as I am sure that many in the Camp Greenbrier family will, as well.
We are all thinking of Dave and his family at this difficult time.
