Anyone 7 year olds out there? (A mom needs advice)

Any campers or parents out there whose first experience with camp was at 7 years old? My son is going to the 1st session. He is so excited but the closer it gets, the more anxious I get about the 3 week long term. Any advice, experiences or insight anyone can give to me would be most appreciated. I guess I'm just looking to ease my worries a bit. Thanks to everyone in advance!!
