Yes, just enter the first two segments. Be warned however, that thsi may ban more than you want. For instance, if you have someone from 208.125.110.5 and 208.125.129.15 and 208.125.119.10 etc., then you would enter "208.125" but this will ban 255x255=65025 IP addresses, which could cause problems for innocent users.
