Slow, slow....slow!!

I've noticed over the past several days our message board is becoming slower and slower! Then I had to access our admin board and find that is just about as slow too! What is going on? and the bad words list isn't working right, tho I did email you about that... Forum is for jerrybaker.com, #2024
