Locking usernames w/ passwords....

On my site, people are able to use different names with their email and password. It's not too bad of a problem yet, because I don't have any troublemakers on there. But is there a way to lock usernames with their passwords and email addys that they register with?

Also, many of my users complain about having to type all three things in before posting. Many would like to just be able to type in their username and password, without having to type their email address every time. Is there any way to do this?
